Study Hall is a peer-learning program where STEM students explore environmental justice in technology outside of the classroom. Student facilitators receive stipends, resources, and training to lead informal discussions grounded in EJIT scenarios.
EJIT Study Hall creates space for students to think differently about technology, together. Built on the recognition that students learn most deeply from each other, the program trains facilitators to guide scenario-based conversations that unpack the values, tradeoffs, and power dynamics in technological development. By investing in student leadership and fostering critical dialogue, Study Hall is building a network of justice-minded technologists who will carry these frameworks into their future careers.
